What To Do When You Don't Know What To Do

Ever been there? What do you do when you just don't know what to do? Whether it is a relationship, job, family, education, etc. You are stuck, kind of in a rut, maybe. Your mind is blank or you have run out of options. You are just not sure where you are to go next?

I am at that place. I am a control freak, so I like to know what is going to happen and be in charge. I have been forced to be independant. No one else is going to take care of me, so I have to do it my self. Many times that is dangerous, I know.

Jeremiah 29:11 says that God has plans for us. Sometimes it is just hard to see it in the everyday scheme of things.

I am at the point where I don't know what is ahead, where my future lies. Where will I be in 5 years? Will I be married or still single? Will I be at the same job doing the same duties or will I be somewhere else or doing something totally different. I don't know the answers to ANY of these questions. Not knowing often makes me uncomfortable.

What I DO know is that this is the time when I don't need to DO ANYTHING. I just need to wait, stand still and strong. Relax in this place that God has brought me to.

None of us knows what tomorrow brings, all we have is today.
I am determined to make each day the best it can be and live each day to the fullest, having fun along the way. I am learning to TRUST GOD!!! After all, He knows what is best, and it will all work out for our good.

One Voice

Just One Voice,
Singing in the darkness,
All it takes is One Voice,
Singing so they hear what's on your mind,
And when you look around you'll find
There's more than
One Voice,
Singing in the darkness,
Joining with your One Voice,
Each and every note another octave,
Hands are joined and fears unlocked,
If only
One Voice
Would start it on its own
We need just
One Voice
Facing the unknown,
And that One Voice
Would never be alone
It takes that One Voice.

It takes that one voice
Just One Voice
Singing in the darkness,
All it takes is One Voice,
Shout it out and let it ring.

Just One Voice,
It takes that One Voice,
And everyone will sing!
